How it works
Choose Your Event
Select your event from our events page. Then indicate the number of bikes you would like transferred and proceed to checkout.
We Collect Your Bike
Bikes are usually collected one week before each event, and we contact you one month before your event, to arrange bike collection and delivery.
Your Bike Is Delivered
Your bike is driven to your event location, where the driver will deliver it to you, right at your specified accommodation address.
Bike Returns
Your bike will be collected from you at your accommodation, or other agreed location, and then be driven to the original collection address.
How your bike is cared for during transport
We transfer your bike fully assembled and we do not remove wheels, saddles, pedals or interfere with your bike set up in any way.
We place your bike in a heavy-duty polybag for protection during transit. Once on, vehicle bikes are covered with protective blankets to further prevent damage.
Additionally, your bike is fully insured (up to £10,000) whilst in our care.
